Per Article XIII of the Bylaws of the Virginia State Golf Association, the VSGA is required to notify all member clubs of amendments to its bylaws. The VSGA Bylaws were amended via vote at the VSGA's Spring Board Meeting, held on Monday, May 6 at Cedar Point Club in Suffolk. Please see the link below to read the amended VSGA Bylaws.
