The 71st Captain’s Putter Matches, a Ryder-Cup style competition between the top players from the VSGA and West Virginia Golf Association and top players from the Carolinas Golf Association, begin Friday and will wrap up on Saturday at Kinloch Golf Club in Manakin-Sabot.
