The VSGA offers championships and events for men, women, and juniors of all playing abilities, where a Handicap Index is required. Most tournaments outside the VSGA will also require one for entry to ensure fairness.

By signing up for a Handicap Index® with the VSGA, you'll be joining a community of over 75,000 fellow golfers in Virginia.

You only need to play 54 holes, from any combination of 9- or 18-hole scores, to establish a Handicap Index®. Your handicap will continue to update daily after your posted scores.
