In some cases, the VSGA may collect non-personal information. We use your information on an aggregated basis to do such things as operate our Site and enhance our Site.

VSGA VIP Golf Card Purchasers
The person(s) completing the registration represent they are purchasing a subscription to use the VSGA platform for the purpose of redeeming valid posted golf facility offers from participating VSGA member clubs.
I/we confirm I am/we are familiar with the rules to participate in the VSGA VIP Golf Card program as listed below:
- Offers may be redeemed by the individual VIP cardholder only. VIP Card offers may not be shared unless otherwise stated in the Special Terms & Conditions of an individual offer
- Identification (driver’s license or military credentials) may be required to redeem offers
- VIP pricing and “Special Offers” are only valid at the dates and times specified
- VIP fees may not be combined with any other course special offer, coupon or discount program
- VIPs must identify themselves as a cardholder when booking starting times directly with the participating club
- VIP offers and “Special Offers” are not valid on holidays unless otherwise noted.
- VSGA VIP Golf Cards are valid January 1st – December 31st each year purchased
- VSGA VIP Golf Card pricing includes green fees and cart rental fees at all participating locations in Virginia and West Virginia, unless otherwise noted
I/we authorize the VSGA to use social media functions such as e-mail, Twitter, Facebook or Google+ to deliver personal messages at my choosing whether a member or not.
The VSGA will make available all current offers prior to subscription or membership purchase. Likewise, VIPs will have access to and may redeem additional offers added during the current subscription year.
All VSGA VIP offers posted through a participating course may be redeemed by mobile device at participating Virginia courses or via the printed VIP Golf Card booklet.
Golf Facility Owners / Operators
The person(s) completing the registration will receive a unique user name and log-in from the VSGA. The person(s) represent they have the authority to post additional offers on behalf of the facility to be viewed by the general public and will accept/redeem valid offers by VSGA VIP cardholders at the facility location.
I/we authorize the VSGA to use the facility name, logo, address, phone number, geo map location and link users to the facility web address on the digital platform – either through the VSGA homepage or partner branded website.
The VSGA is authorized to allow both the general public and VIP cardholders to use Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or e-mail to share individual facility offers through social media links.
