Named in honor of former VSGA and First Tee - Roanoke Valley board member. The scholarship benefits a deserving high school senior with ties to the First Tee - Roanoke Valley chapter.

Given in memory of the VSGA’s longtime director of competitions and supporter of junior golf. This award is given to a student that has a strong connection to VSGA events.

Named after creators of the scholarship, Debbie Spencer and Mary Nell Wilkinson. The award is given to the top female applicant.

New for 2024, the scholarship benefits the dependents of active-duty or retired members of the military.

Supports Virginia golf initiatives as identified by the VSGA Board of Directors.

Awards instructional and tournament assistance grants to junior girls who meet the criteria of interest, readiness and need.

Supports the respective missions of Youth on Course, the VSGA-VIP Scholarship Foundation and the Virginia Golf Hall of Fame.

Creates affordable access to the game so juniors in Virginia can play golf for $5 or less.

Showcases the outstanding players and contributors in Virginia golf with new inductees being honored annually.
