How can a 3rd party app and/or website gain access to GHIN data? 

Access to GHIN data is limited to companies that are registered through the USGA’s VASP (Value Added Service Provider) or GPA (Golfer Product Access) programs. For more information and to get started with the process, we suggest sending an email to dataservices@usga.org. Feel free to mention that you began your conversation with the VSGA, and they will have you fill out a form to learn more about your product and help determine what path is best for you.
