The 42nd Virginia State Golf Association Mid-Amateur Championship, scheduled for this coming weekend (Sept. 14-16) at Winchester Country Club, has been postponed due to impending weather associated with Hurricane Florence.
The championship has been rescheduled and will be played Friday, Oct. 12-Sunday, Oct. 14 at Winchester.
The Mid-Amateur Championship is for players ages 25 and older. Registration for the championship has re-opened. If interested in signing up, please do so by 5 p.m. on Oct. 8. If you are already signed up and are unable to play on the rescheduled date, please let the VSGA office know by 5 p.m. on Oct. 8.
Those players who are signed up and unable to play on the rescheduled dates will be issued a full refund.
